Alyssa Royse was married for a long time, from which she gained a best-friend, an amazing daughter and a lot of lessons learned the hard way. A writer by both passion and profession, she has worked in marketing, PR, education, theater and in the non-profit world. She was the founder of JUST CAUSE Magazine, an all-digital magazine dedicated to social change – before people knew what digital magazines were, making it an altruistic and unintentionally non-profit venture. Fast Company named her one of the top 50 entrepreneurs in the world, and PR News said she was one of the best PR professionals under 35. Her last boyfriends have called her intense, insatiable, controlling, hysterical, kinky, playful and silly, (often with the word “too”.) She’s a fitness buff, gardener, Burner, foodie and refuses to admit that she likes moonlit walks on the beach because that’s so damned corny. Alyssa co-hosts the the Progressive Radio Network show Sexxx Talk Radio with Lanae St. John, a one hour show about everything sex: politics, kink, relationships, health and anything else that comes up. You can read her personal blog at AlyssaRoyse.com.

Andi DeRoux is a Transsexual Female. She knew at a very early age that she was different, and was truly a girl inside the body of a young boy. Victor is a married (for a really long time) father of two who lives in the Midwest. He’s not a farmer, but he pretends to be. Really, he’s a super science geek, but he hides it under a facade of “All American Guy” that includes being really athletic, outdoorsy, boy-scout leadery and extraordinary grilling skills.

She is currently working toward receiving her Associate Degree with an emphasis in Psychology so she can transfer to a university to continue her pursuit in the study of human sexuality. Reverend Princess Mortenson (Aka R.P. Morty) is a very real person, even though that is not her real name. She is happily married in an open marriage, in which they each have secondary partners. She has been poly for years, and has many friends who are both polyamorous and monogamous. She has been talking about relationships since she could talk, is a school teacher in a major US city, where she also runs her own theater company and dances her ass off on a regular basis.
Ask A Mistress is keeping her name private for obvious reasons. She spent more than two years dating a married man, who was a business adviser to her, and was supposedly getting divorced the whole time. She still believes their love was real, but learned how destructive it is, to everyone and to love itself, to be surrounded by lies. As she opened up to her friends, they continually told her they had done, or were doing, the same thing, which is why she wants to write about adultery.
